We worked with Jennifer to sell our house and to buy our new house. In the selling process, Jennifer used her knowledge of our local market to help us select the right listing price. She also gave us some excellent advice on how to prepare our house for listing. This resulted in us receiving multiple offers on the first day and selling our house for above our original asking price!
Our home buying process wasn't quite as smooth and easy as our selling experience. With Jennifer's help we decided to buy a new build house. We selected a builder and began the building process. Unfortunately things did not go as planned with this builder. When we were several months into the building process we began to experience problems with the builder. This is when Jennifer's expertise and experience as a realtor really helped us out. Jennifer used her knowledge of the real estate buying and selling to help us negotiate our way out of our contract with that builder. After that Jennifer helped us find another house and ultimately negotiated a price that was substantially below the asking price!
Throughout the almost 2 year process of selling, trying to build and ultimately buying a new house Jennifer was exceptional in her knowledge and skill as a realtor that helped us navigate our way thru the (sometimes rocky) home buying and selling process. Jennifer gets our highest recommendation.

Jennifer was very familiar with the builder's reputation and builder's products. She knew what HOA restrictions and guidelines were as well as city codes.
She recommended several lending institutions and insurance companies.
She was present for the final walk through and made sure that questions were addressed and agreed to in writing.

From the initial contract signing to the final closing she requested to be copied on all correspondences. It was so assuring to have someone like Jennifer making sure all was done correctly.
